Monarc VIP started because the exotic car rental experience in Miami could be clearer. Deposit terms, pricing, vehicle condition, delivery timing, and support should be reviewed before a client commits. We knew it could be better because we had been customers before we became the company.
We opened in Brickell in 2018 with a handful of cars and one rule: the car you see should match the car you book. No stock-photo guessing, clearer pricing conversations, and quote-reviewed card holds before approval.
Eight years later, that approach has built something we are proud of: a curated Miami fleet, hotel and concierge relationships, and a client base that includes returning visitors, Miami locals, corporate groups, and production teams who keep coming back because we do not waste their time.

James Hernandez
James has spent 8+ years in the Miami luxury automotive space, and he is the operational backbone of Monarc VIP. He is hands-on with every vehicle in the fleet: sourcing new acquisitions, managing maintenance schedules, running pre-delivery inspections, and coordinating with our hotel partners at the Kimpton Angler's Hotel and The Bentley Hotel on South Beach.
During peak seasons like Art Basel, F1 Miami Grand Prix, and Miami Music Week, James personally handles VIP client coordination to make sure high-demand bookings run without a hitch. He is the person behind the Monarc VIP blog and the voice you hear when you call the concierge line.

12-18 Month Refresh
The fleet cycles every 12 to 18 months. You are driving current model years, not three-year-old cars with 40,000 miles on the odometer.

Where We Deliver
Headquartered at 901 S Miami Ave, Suite 214, in the heart of Brickell. Delivery is reviewed across Miami, airport, FBO, hotel, marina, and event handoff points.
Delivery is quote-reviewed by address, access, timing, vehicle fit, and return location. At handoff, the team verifies your license and coverage position, reviews vehicle controls, and confirms return timing before you leave.
