Weekday congestion peaks from 7 to 9 a.m. and 4 to 7 p.m., and hotel driveways feel it first because they sit on the arterials the commute uses. The second variable is the river. Brickell Avenue crosses the Miami River on a drawbridge at the north edge of the neighborhood, as do South Miami Avenue and SW 2nd Avenue. When a bridge opens for river traffic, everything queued toward downtown and Biscayne Boulevard stops for several minutes. The deposit is a refundable card hold of $1,500 on the Cullinan and Urus, confirmed in writing before pickup, and 100 miles per day are included; additional miles are $7 per mile on both.

The Return Handoff
Return is the half people forget to plan. The team collects the car from the same building or a different approved location: delivery to a Brickell hotel at the start of a stay and pickup at an airport-area handoff point before the flight home is a common pattern, and so is a weekend car collected from a Brickell residence on Monday morning. Apply the same timing logic, and if the car is in a garage, give the valet notice so it is staged at street level when our driver arrives.
Bring it back at the fuel level it arrived with, typically a full tank, and do the return walkaround with the team rather than leaving keys at the front desk; the post-return review releases the deposit hold, and the timing after that belongs to your card issuer or bank. If checkout moves, tell the concierge early. Bookings cancelled at least 7 days before pickup are eligible for a refund of the booking payment. Cancellations inside 7 days, no-shows, peak-event bookings, special-order vehicles, and custom arrangements may incur fees or non-refundable amounts as stated on the quote or signed rental agreement.
