Should you book an arrival car or a display car?
An arrival car moves: the honoree pulls up, steps out, and the car is driven on to an agreed spot. A Rolls-Royce Cullinan or Ghost or a Mercedes-Maybach S580 often beats a two-seater here, with five seats, a rear door, and chauffeur service that can be reviewed for suitable vehicles. A supercar arrival works when the honoree drives and the entrance can hold a low car without blocking the valet lane.
A display car stays parked for the event window. Static display is quoted differently from a driving rental: the quote confirms location access, positioning, no-driving or mileage terms, delivery, pickup, coverage, schedule, and who may move the vehicle. The Aventador's scissor doors and the 720S's butterfly doors photograph from every angle; the GT3's swan-neck wing reads as a race car standing still.
A drive-away gift is a reveal where the honoree keeps the car. That makes the honoree the renter: 21 or older, valid license, major credit card in their own name, insurance or an approved protection option reviewed before release.

How do timing and load-in work with the venue?
Standard delivery hours run 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily; after-hours requests are confirmed case by case before booking. A gala ending at midnight is planned around that: the display car loads in during the afternoon and is collected the next morning, which still fits inside one 24-hour rental day.
The venue side is yours to confirm before dispatch: the entry route and any ramps (these cars sit three to four inches off the ground), door widths and floor load limits for an indoor display, the display position, loading-dock timing, overnight security, and how valet will handle an arrival car. Valet handling differs by property; confirm with the venue. Footprint: an Aventador is 15.7 by 6.8 feet and a Cullinan 17.3 feet long; a doors-up display needs side clearance and room to circle the car.
How does driver documentation work for a multi-car booking?
A three-car lineup is three rentals, not one rental with extra keys. Each vehicle has its own approved driver of record, and every driver meets the same requirements: at least 21 (21 to 24 may see a young-driver surcharge or model limits), a valid license, a major credit card in that driver's name, and insurance or an approved protection option reviewed before release. Each driver is listed on the agreement, and protection options typically exclude damage by anyone not on the contract, so a guest taking a lap around the block is an unauthorized driver.
Deposit holds are placed per vehicle: a refundable card hold of $2,000 on the Aventador, 720S and F8 Spyder, $1,500 on the Cullinan, GT3, Huracan and Ghost, and $1,000 on the Maybach S580, each confirmed in writing before pickup. Delivery is quoted per vehicle: pickup or delivery is $100 each way on 1-2 day rentals when selected, and free on rentals of 3 days or longer. Multi-car requests need more lead time, especially November through April and during major event weeks, because staging space, staffing, and fleet availability are reviewed first.
How do you keep a static display safe and photogenic?
Decide guest access in advance: approach, sit inside, open the doors, or photograph only? A low barrier plus one person assigned to the car settles most of it. A dark leather cabin in Miami afternoon sun turns into an oven, so outdoor displays need shade, a rain option, and a relocation plan. Branding follows the wedding-decor rule, non-adhesive only: magnetic signs, freestanding placards, and florals work; tape, stickers, and anything that can mark the finish do not. Brand the plinth, not the paint.
Shoot the hero frames right after delivery, while the car is freshly detailed and before guests arrive: doors up, one strong angle, golden hour if possible. Anything rolling is driving, so the approved driver is at the wheel and the miles count against the 100 included per rental day; additional miles are $10 per mile on the Aventador, 720S and F8 Spyder and $7 per mile on the Huracan, GT3 and Cullinan. How do insurance, deposits, and the weather call work?

The renter remains responsible for what the signed agreement allows, including damage, tolls, tickets, fuel, and excess mileage, and each hold is released after the post-return review.
