How does hotel delivery and return work?
Delivery to hotels, residences and airports is reviewed by access, timing, vehicle availability and verification status. Pickup or delivery is $100 each way on 1-2 day rentals when selected, and free on rentals of 3 days or longer. At a hotel the car arrives at the lobby or valet detailed and fueled, you get a 15-minute walkthrough, and at the end of the rental it is collected from the same spot. Same-day hotel delivery may be possible when availability, driver approval, hotel access and dispatch timing line up; two to three days of notice is the comfortable norm, and peak weeks such as Art Basel or Formula 1 deserve one to two.
Return the car at the fuel level you received it, typically full, and set the return time so it does not collide with checkout.
