1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the rental of exotic vehicles and booking of yacht charter services (collectively, "Services") from Monarc VIP ("we," "us," or "our"), located at 901 S Miami Ave, Suite 214, Miami, FL 33130. By making a reservation, signing a rental agreement, or using our website at monarc.vip, you ("Renter," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms.
Please read these Terms carefully before booking. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use our Services.
2. Age and Licensing Requirements
- Minimum Age: Renters must be at least 21 years old to rent an exotic vehicle from Monarc VIP.
- Valid Driver's License: A valid, non-expired driver's license is required for all drivers. International renters must provide a valid international driving permit if their license is not in English.
- Authorized Drivers: Only drivers listed on the rental agreement are permitted to operate the vehicle. Additional drivers must meet the same age and licensing requirements and must be added to the agreement prior to driving.
3. Reservations and Booking
- Booking Confirmation: All reservations are subject to vehicle availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit and signed rental agreement.
- Rental Duration: The minimum rental period is 24 hours, with flexible options for daily, weekly, and long-term rentals. Please confirm the rental duration at the time of booking.
- Pricing: All pricing is quoted in U.S. dollars and is subject to change without notice. The final price will be confirmed at the time of booking. Use our rental calculator for estimated pricing.
4. Insurance and Liability
- Insurance Coverage: Renters must provide proof of full coverage insurance that includes liability, full, and collision coverage. Monarc VIP offers additional insurance options if needed to ensure you are fully covered during your rental period.
- Liability: Renters are responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period, including but not limited to body damage, mechanical damage caused by misuse, interior damage, and tire or wheel damage. The security deposit will be used to cover damages, and additional costs will be billed if necessary.
- Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required at the time of rental. The deposit amount varies based on the vehicle model and will be fully refunded upon the safe return of the vehicle in its original condition.
5. Mileage and Fuel
- Mileage Limits: Each rental includes a specific mileage allowance (typically 100 miles per day). Exceeding the mileage limit will incur additional charges. Unlimited mileage options may be available upon request for select vehicles.
- Fuel Policy: Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as at the time of pickup. Refueling charges will apply if the vehicle is returned with less fuel. Premium fuel is required for all exotic vehicles.
6. Pickup, Delivery, and Returns
- Pickup Locations: Vehicles can be picked up from our designated location or delivered to your specified address. Detailed instructions will be provided upon booking confirmation.
- Delivery Service: Monarc VIP offers complimentary delivery and pick-up services within Miami-Dade County, including hotels, airports (MIA), and residences. Delivery outside the service area may incur additional fees.
- Vehicle Inspection: Upon pickup and return, a thorough inspection of the vehicle will be conducted and documented with photographs. Renters are encouraged to inspect the vehicle and report any pre-existing damage before departure.
- Late Returns: Vehicles must be returned at the agreed-upon date and time. Late returns may incur additional daily rental charges. If you wish to extend your rental period, please contact Monarc VIP at least 24 hours in advance.
7. Usage Restrictions
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement, forfeiture of the security deposit, and potential legal action:
- Racing, speed contests, or reckless driving
- Off-road driving or driving on unpaved surfaces
- Use of the vehicle for any illegal activity
- Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Subletting, lending, or transferring the vehicle to unauthorized persons
- Smoking or vaping inside the vehicle
- Transporting pets without prior approval
- Using the vehicle for commercial purposes (rideshare, delivery, etc.) without written consent
- Leaving the state of Florida without prior written approval
- Towing or pushing any other vehicle
8. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the rental start date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the rental start date may incur a cancellation fee.
- No-Shows: Failure to pick up the vehicle at the agreed time without prior notice will be considered a no-show and may result in the forfeiture of the full rental deposit.
- Early Returns: No refunds will be issued for early returns unless previously agreed upon in writing.
- Weather and Force Majeure: In the event of severe weather or circumstances beyond our control, Monarc VIP will work with you to reschedule your rental at no additional cost.
9. Accidents and Emergencies
In the event of an accident, breakdown, or emergency:
- Ensure the safety of all passengers and call 911 if anyone is injured.
- Contact Monarc VIP immediately at (786) 949-7058.
- Do not move the vehicle unless instructed by law enforcement or Monarc VIP.
- Document the scene with photographs and obtain a police report if applicable.
- Do not admit fault or make statements to other parties beyond exchanging required insurance information.
Your insurance and the security deposit will cover damages, subject to the terms of your rental agreement and insurance policy.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Monarc VIP, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to your use of the vehicle, violation of these Terms, or any negligent or wrongful act during the rental period.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Monarc VIP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our vehicles or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific rental giving rise to the claim.

- Accuracy: While we strive to keep all website content current and accurate, vehicle availability, pricing, and specifications are subject to change without notice.
- Intellectual Property: All content on monarc.vip, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Monarc VIP and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
- Third-Party Links: Our website may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of external websites.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
14. Modifications
Monarc VIP reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our Services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
