Everyone wants to rent a "Lambo" in Miami, but they are not all created equal. You have three distinct choices: The V10 Entry-Level (Huracán), the V12 Flagship (Aventador), and the Super SUV (Urus).

I manage this fleet daily. Here is the honest truth about which one you should actually book based on your driving skills and plans.

The "Sweet Spot": Lamborghini Huracán EVO / Spyder

Best For: First-time supercar renters, South Beach cruising, Couples.

The Huracán EVO is the most popular car in our fleet for a reason. It is incredibly easy to drive in automatic mode, but when you switch to Corsa mode, the V10 engine screams louder than almost anything else on the road.

• The Spyder Factor: In Miami, the Spyder (convertible) is king. The top drops in 17 seconds. Just be warned: The AC fights a losing battle against the July sun at noon.

• Comparison: If you want something less "flashy" but just as fast, compare this against our McLaren 570S. The McLaren is smoother, but the Lamborghini is louder.

The "Main Event": Lamborghini Aventador SVJ / S

Best For: Experienced drivers, Music Videos, Maximum Attention.

The Aventador is not a car; it is an event. It has the signature Scissor Doors that swing up.

• The Reality: This car is violent. The single-clutch transmission "kicks" you in the back when it shifts. Visibility is poor. It is wide. It is not a comfortable cruiser. You rent this car for the shock value and the V12 sound.

• Parking Warning: You cannot park this yourself. The visibility is near zero backing up. Valet is mandatory, and you must use the Front Lift System for every ramp.

• Overage: $4 - $7 per mile depending on the model.
