Production Insurance & Requirements
We work with productions of all sizes. Here is what you need to know before booking.
Stationary & Slow-Roll Shoots
For stationary set pieces and slow-speed driving scenes (under 15 mph), our standard rental agreement and security deposit apply. No additional production insurance is required. A Monarc VIP attendant manages the vehicle at all times.
Full Production Coverage
For larger productions involving driving at speed, multiple vehicles, pyrotechnics, or water effects, we require a Certificate of Insurance (COI) from the production company listing Monarc VIP as additionally insured with a minimum of $1M in general liability.
What We Do Not Allow
Burnouts, drifting, jump ramps, or any stunt that could damage the vehicle are not permitted. We do not allow food, drink, or smoke effects inside the cabin. The vehicle must be returned in the condition it was delivered.

How much does it cost to rent an exotic car for a music video in Miami?
Half-day rates (up to 5 hours) start at $500 for entry-level exotics and $1,000+ for flagship vehicles like the Lamborghini Aventador. Full-day production rates (8-12 hours) start at $800. Multi-car setups and multi-day shoots receive discounted bundle pricing.
Do you deliver exotic cars to music video sets?
Yes. We deliver directly to your shooting location anywhere in Miami-Dade County. A Monarc VIP attendant stays on-set for the duration to handle vehicle positioning, door operations, and car care between takes.
Can the artist drive the car in the music video?
For stationary scenes and slow-roll shots, the artist can be behind the wheel with our attendant nearby. For high-speed or stunt sequences, driving is handled by our trained team. All drivers must meet our standard age (21+) and insurance requirements.
Do I need production insurance to rent a car for a music video?
For basic stationary and slow-roll usage, our standard security deposit and rental agreement apply. For larger productions, we require a Certificate of Insurance (COI) from the production company naming Monarc VIP as additionally insured.
What if we go over the scheduled shoot time?
We understand that productions run long. Overtime is billed in 1-hour increments at a prorated rate. Let our on-set attendant know if you need extra time and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule.
